Institutional Support and Development (ISD)

Is non traditional way of consulting which merges consulting, coaching, facilitation and training skills. The model and our Institutional Coaches (ICs) acknowledge that solutions cannot be designed outside a clear understanding of the people and the environment.  The Institutional Coach (IC) works in your environment to expand the insight into how the business operates, the articulated and working culture, the history, stories and myths of the business. Our Institutional Coaches (ICs)  get their hands dirty and get stuck into the real life of the business, to solve problems with you, not for you.
